At the beginning of this year I received an email from Karen Webster, PALS Supervisor at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to say that after extensive enquiries, she had been unable to locate Karin's memorial bench. 

I disappointingly concluded that it had been stolen.

I was informed by the staff that Karin's memorial tablet at the Cambridge Crematorium was damaged whilst being removed. The attached picture of her was recovered to be retained at my home in Wales. 

I have therefore decided to replace the memorials which were in Cambridgeshire by this Tribute site and to add the saved Crematorium Lease charge to my regular payment which i already send to the British Lung Foundation.
